West Yorkshire Police are urgently appealing for information on Mohammed Ullah, who has been reported missing from Bradford.
Mohammed is 33 and is described as being about 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build.
It is not known what clothing he is wearing.
Officers are making enquiries to locate Mohammed, who also has links to the Greater Manchester area, as there are serious concerns for his welfare.
