Rape fantasy no longer visible on Recusant Nine platform

A grotesque rape fantasy, involving Asian men gang raping a named young white female in the Glodwick district of Oldham, whilst the author of the Facebook post had his pockets stuffed with £50 notes by the perpetrators, has finally been removed.

But no thanks go to the social media giant for that:  Soon after the post appeared on the routinely disgraced Recusant Nine feed, operated by an infamous, unemployed, Tameside based conspiracy theorist, Raja Miah, two complaints were made to Facebook by the author of this article, Neil Wilby. One for hate speech (race and ethnicity) and the other for violence.

In almost record time, they were rebuffed by Facebook as the post, they say, didn’t breach their Community Standards. An appeal for review of both of those decisions is still pending, although now rendered moot.

Fortunately, for the victim and every decent, right-thinking person on the planet, Greater Manchester Police took an entirely different view: In a dawn raid on Thursday morning (9th February, 2023), Miah was arrested over suspicion of at least one offence of malicious communications (read more here).

Neither the subject post, nor the victim’s name has been published on Neil Wilby Media, whose coverage of this issue has, so far, been exclusive (read here). That will remain the position, if not permanently, at the very least until after all court proceedings are concluded. If, of course, Miah is charged and a prosecution is instituted. He was conditionally bailed after arrest, and interview, for a period of three months  – and those conditions include making no reference, whatsoever, to the victim. He denies any wrongdoing and claims his arrest was ‘political’.

Raja Miah, who has complained of many of his YouTube broadcasts being removed from that platform, has been the beneficiary of an extraordinarily lax approach by Facebook over the past several years. At one point they banned him fairly regularly, with sanctions lasting up to five weeks. But, in recent times, his routine violent, evidence-free fantasies about child rape, murder plots, firebomb conspiracies, gangsters, mobsters, Asian Cartels, Pakistani goons, car-jackings and armed robbers (read more here) have gone unchecked, despite hundreds, if not thousands, of complaints from those defamed or harassed by him.

Apart from his police bail, Miah is presently on conditional court bail over the alleged harassing of a 40 year old lawyer from the Salford area. He has pleaded not guilty to that charge and a pre-trial hearing is listed for Bolton Crown Court on 9th August, 2023 (read more here).
